Only registrations received and paid in full prior to the cut-off dates listed will be deemed a pre-paid registration. Early bird prices end May 31st 2017.

Merida´s International Airport Manuel Cresencio Rejón (MID) is located 20 minutes from the hotel Fiesta Americana. International Airlines as American Airlines, United, Blue Panorama as well as Domestic Airlines like Aeromexico, Volaris, Interjet connect Merida. The Congress organization will provide transfers on the days of the event.
You will receive an email from email@example.com from Kgroup. There will be a link to a Traveling Schedule Form, you must complete the form and send it in order to be included in the complimentary transfers. Transfers from airport to and from the official conference hotel only.
ARRIVALS TO CANCUN´S AIRPORT
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is located 3 hours from Merida. If you choose to arrive in Cancun, the congress is offering at extra cost:
a) Accommodation in all inclusive plan at the Iberostar Cancun for pre and post congress days
b) Pick up at the Cancun International Airport and Transfer to Merida (single and round way). Ask for prices writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
c) An optional package at extra cost that includes:
The Hotel Fiesta Americana will host the Congress meetings, masses, registration, and meals.
CONFERENCE OPENING CEREMONY
The Conference Opening Ceremony will be held on Thursday, February 22nd, 2018.
You will be required to wear your badge at all times. Your badge will allow access to transportation from the hotel to the cathedral mass, meals and evening functions.
Please note that breakfast will be available to registered congress attendees at the main restaurant of the hotel. Lunch and dinner is provided to attendees during the congress as outlined in the agenda.
The dress code for the conference is business casual for educational sessions and Opening Ceremony. Elegantly or smart casual for evening functions.
The Congress is offering tours at extra cost. Once you receive the email from email@example.com, be sure to complete the form and return to them to process your request.
